All items on EmbroideredThoughts.com are 100% custom-made and embroidered exactly according to your chosen design, color, size, and text after you place and pay for the order.
Because every piece is specially made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in these two cases:
- The item is defective (poor stitching, damaged fabric, etc.)
- We made a mistake (wrong design, text, or size that doesn’t match your order)
In such cases, just contact us with photos within 3 days of delivery and we will fix or replace it free of cost.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Your order starts immediately:
- As soon as you pay, we order the blank T-shirt/shirt/hoodie in your selected size & color
- Once the blank arrives, our team starts the embroidery exactly as you requested
That’s why cancellation & full refund is only possible within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours – sorry, no cancellation or refund is possible because production has already started just for you.
